As outlined in our Terms of Service, we are unable to accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Any use of Cambridge Mask that does not comply with its expected or recommended use;
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper washing or drying, or other external causes;
- Damage following poor maintenance of Cambridge Mask by the wearer or attempt to repair or modify it;
- Natural wear and tear;
- The lifetime of the filter;
- Cosmetic damage including stains and rips;
- Damage caused by use with another product.
