Please do not remove it. Removing the valve will impact the performance of the Cambridge Mask.
Please note that the valve plays a vital role in helping to reduce moisture preventing the build-up and growth of viruses and bacteria, in addition to preventing excess build-up of carbon dioxide.
We do not recommend valve removal, as it is also a key part of the EN149 certification that our masks have gone through under European Union testing and regulation.
