These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) describe the terms and conditions under which Cambridge Mask Co makes available to its users the Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co (the “Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co” or “Mask”). A user (“You” and “Your”) expressly acknowledges and accepts to be bound by these Terms. The Terms constitute a contract between You and Cambridge Mask Co and apply to Your use of the Item.
These Terms replace any previous version which You may have received or to which You assented.
By purchasing Cambridge Mask Co’s product, You acknowledge that You have read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms. You agree that any use by You of the Item shall constitute Your acceptance of the Terms. We advise You to keep or print a copy of these Terms for Your personal records. Protecting Your privacy is very important to Cambridge Mask Co Please review our Privacy Policy in order to better understand our commitment to maintaining Your privacy, as well as our use and disclosure of Your personal information.
In the event of misappropriation or fraudulent use of the Return Shipping on Return and Replacement or Refund of Cambridge Mask Co, Cambridge Mask Co reserves the right to restrict the Service eligibility.
- 1. Your rights to end the contract
1.1 You can end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
(a) If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do, see clause 2; (b) If you have just changed your mind about the product, see clause 4. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period (14 days) and you have not unsealed the product, but you will have to pay the costs of shipment and of return of any goods; or
(c) If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product replaced or to get some or all of your money back), see clause 5.
- 2. Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do.
2.1 If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below. The contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
(a) we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you do not agree to;
(b) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
(c) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(d) we have suspended supply of the products for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 6 months; or
(e) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
- 3.Ending the contract because you changed your mind
3.1 Your right to change your mind. Subject to clause 9.2 you may cancel your order at any time and up to 14 days counted from the day after you received your order. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products less any applicable delivery charges which are not refundable. In this case, if you are returning the products to us for any reason other than the products being faulty, you are responsible for returning the products to us and paying the costs of doing so.
(a) NO items bought at discount, on sale or on promotion are eligible for return, refund, replacement or cancellation unless there is a manufacturing default. See clause 5.3
3.2 When you do not have a right to change your mind. Due to health protection and hygiene purposes, your right to change your mind described in 9.1 does not apply in respect of products that have been unsealed after you received them. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order, you must return the product sealed and unopened.
- 4. How to cancel the order with us
4.1 Tell us you want to cancel the order. To cancel the order, please let us know by completing the information required in the form at the end of this document, and send it by email to: info@cambridgemask.com,
4.2 Returning products after cancelling the order. If you are exercising the right to change your mind (which only applies to products that have not been opened or unsealed), you must return the product to us. You must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract by posting them back to us at the address below:

In any other cases, due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if the items have been opened from their sealed package.
4.3 How we will refund you. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you via the same method you used for payment.
4.4 When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
- 5. Your rights in respect of defective products
5.1 We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. We warrant that on deliver, and for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery our products shall conform with their description and be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
5.2 Extended warranty. Registration of your product in accordance with the instructions provided in the warranty card will grant you extended protection. Upon registration of your product we warrant that for a period of one year from the date of delivery our products shall conform with their description and be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship.
5.3 How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or complaints about the product you can contact us by telephoning our customer service team at +44 1223 976546. Alternatively, please let us know by completing the information required in the form at the end of this document, and send it together with any supporting documents by email, to: info@cambridgemask.com. Once we have had a reasonable opportunity of examining your request and the supporting documents we shall, at your choice, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the price of the defective product in full using the same method you used to make the payment. 11.4 We will not be liable for a product's failure to comply with the warranty in 11.1 if:
(a) you make any further use of such product after giving a notice in accordance with 5.3;
(b) the defect arises because you failed to follow our instructions as to the use, care, or lifespan of the product;
(c) you alter or repair the product without our written consent; or
(d) the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal use conditions. 11.5 Except as provided in this clause 11, we shall have no liability to you in respect of a product's failure to comply with the warranty set out in clause 11.1.
